Replacement Policy
According to our policy, a shipment qualifies for a replacement under two specific conditions:
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it is eligible for replacement. This includes any form of physical damage or defect that may have occurred during transit, rendering the product unfit for use.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered deviates from the one that was ordered, the shipment can be replaced.
