Replacement Policy

According to our policy, a shipment qualifies for a replacement under two specific conditions:
  1. Damaged Upon Arrival: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it is eligible for replacement. This includes any form of physical damage or defect that may have occurred during transit, rendering the product unfit for use.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered deviates from the one that was ordered, the shipment can be replaced.
It’s important to note that these are the only conditions under which a replacement is permissible. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery and report any discrepancies immediately to ensure a smooth and efficient replacement process.
